Introducing the Glow Collection: Signature Cocktails Sparkle at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero in Celebration of Let’s Glow SF

This holiday season, Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero invites guests to sip and sparkle with the debut of the Glow Collection, three luminous cocktails that bring festive cheer and warmth to every occasion, at Orafo.  Inspired by Let’s Glow SF, the country’s largest holiday projection event in downtown San Francisco, the innovative libations capture the brilliance of the season and the city’s enchanting glow. Orafo will feature the Glow Collection between December 6 and 15, 2024, making for an ideal “pop-in” to sip and savour a cocktail while strolling through the city during the nightly Let’s Glow SF shows from 5:30 to 10:00 pm.

Each cocktail in the Glow Collection reflects the creativity and expertise of David Rowe, the Hotel’s celebrated lead bartender. Known for his innovative approach to mixology, David has crafted these drinks to enhance the holiday experience for locals and visitors alike.

The Glow Collection includes:

• Ne-Glow-Ni - A radiant twist on the classic Negroni, the Ne-Glow-Ni elevates tradition with a local gin base that balances perfectly with bitter and sweet notes. Its shimmering presentation and rich flavour profile make it the ideal drink to enjoy before or after the journey through Let’s Glow SF.
• Glow-Tini - Simple yet elegant, the Glow-Tini is a sparkling celebration in a glass. Featuring a vodka base with a refreshing lemon twist, this cocktail adds a dash of holiday cheer to its sleek, straightforward style. Its playful essence makes it the life of any gathering this festive season.
