Taste reigns supreme: creations by Michelin-starred Chef Vito Mollica come in a variety of sophisticated dishes. Whether it’s Christmas Eve dinner, Christmas Day lunch or New Year’s Eve dinner, guests will be won over by the Chef’s exquisite gourmet pairings, such as fondue raviolini with truffle sauce; black-olive crusted sea bass with dry fava bean cream; and Chianti wine and shallot-glazed veal cheek with potato stracciatella. The Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day lunch menu include tortellini in Chianina beef-stock, vegetable and fresh herb confetti; basil-crusted sea bass filet with cherry tomatoes and Taggiasca olives; and small roast Zavoli turkey with chestnut and foie gras cream. The Christmas holiday menus alternate between traditional and creative. Domenico Di Clemente’s desserts will certainly have a special place on each guest's menu; his sweet creations are pleasing to both the sight and palate and his homemade panettone comes in a lovely gift box.
New Year’s Eve will be celebrated with a Bollywood Party with an Indian-style atmosphere and cocktails for an unforgettable night. Christmas Tea Time is a lovely break with the Pastry Chef’s macaroons and tea provided by Florentine tearoom La Via del Tè. At the Atrium Lounge, from December 15, 2014 to January 6, 2015, guests will be able to enjoy a special aperitivo in two different versions: oysters and Champagne, or caviar and vodka.
This year’s Christmastime program includes, once again, top-quality delivery service with Vito Mollica’s Take Away Menus, dishes specially made to be comfortably enjoyed at home on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve. The Christmas holiday brunches (on January 1 and 4, 2015) are still a feast for the palate, but based on a lighter and more traditional menu.
