Four Seasons Hotel Firenze Launches the “Grand Tour Aperitivo” Experience

Who has ever dreamed of sipping refreshing drinks inspired by the Mediterranean coast by the pool, then move to an international and classy lounge for round two and end up with a taste of Asia for round three? This summer, guests at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze can enjoy it all within the same night with the Aperitivo Grand Tour.

The Hotel revisits the ritual of the famous Italian aperitivo with a fun bar-hopping experience throughout its different bar venues to enjoy exclusive cocktail creations from around the world with a pairing snack.

Guests can begin their evening in the elegant Atrium Bar, sipping a signature cocktail created by the Hotel’s Head Mixologist Edoardo Sandri, chosen from a selection of landmark Italian and international blends, paired with finger food snacks prepared by Michelin starred Chef Vito Mollica.

After that, they may walk towards the Pool Tree Bar with its lounge-style summer atmosphere and unique views of the garden and historical temple of the Seven Virtues. There, they will enjoy one of the cocktails selected by the Mixologist Simone Corsini, highlighting the rich flavours and spices of the Mediterranean coast, to be savoured with a delicious pizza from awarded pizzaiolo master Romualdo Rizzuti.

Finally, guests are invited to take a short stroll through the Hotel’s lush historical garden towards La Villa to join the Hotel’s newly opened Asian gastro bar Magnolia where the Bartender Karem Pasqualetti will take them to the Far East. It is with a unique Asian cocktail paired with a selection of sushi and Asian snacks by Master Haruo Ichikawa, the Japanese Michelin-starred chef, as guests end their world’s cocktail journey.

About the Aperitivo Grand Tour

The Aperitivo Grand Tour includes three drinks and six snacks, to be enjoyed in the Hotel’s three different bars: the international influenced Atrium Bar, located in the Palazzo della Gherardesca patio, the Mediterranean Pool Tree Bar by the pool and the newly launched Magnolia Asian bar, located at La Villa.
