Festive dinners and events

At Il Palagio, Chef Paolo Lavezzini has created a Christmas Eve menu including many festive Italian specialties, combining tradition with innovation. New Year’s Eve promises to be a memorable night with a lavish dinner at Il Palagio featuring a special menu of gourmet delicacies including lobster, caviar and black truffle. In the mood for a party?  Then the New Year’s Eve Party in La Villa is the perfect option. The space will be entirely decorated by Artistic Designer Vincenzo Dascanio with a special theme “Il Viaggio” (the journey). Guests will enjoy a buffet selection with live show and entertainment, and midnight party with DJ set and dancing.

Festive Afternoon teas and aperitivo

At the Atrium Lounge, guests will be able to indulge in a special aperitivo in two different versions: oysters and champagne, or caviar and champagne. Christmas Tea Time offers a lovely break with the Pastry Chef’s creations and selection of teas provided by the Florentine tearoom La Via del Tè.

Panettone and Gift Vouchers

For the second year in a row, honouring the Italian tradition, Four Seasons Hotel Firenze continues to collaborate with the Pastry Chef David Bedu, who has worked with the Hotel’s Chef Paolo Lavezzini to create the new “Panettone della Gherardesca,” celebrating the Tuscan territory and tradition. Panettone della Gherardesca is made with a mix of top-quality ingredients such as dried figs, chocolate drops and many other flavours reminiscing Gherardesca Garden’s herbs. The Panettone della Gherardesca will be on sale exclusively at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze at the price of EUR 41 per kilogram. Hotel Gift Vouchers are available for purchase and can be customised to make the perfect gift for loved ones: a brunch, a romantic dinner in an intimate setting, a spa treatment or a gym subscription.
