Four Seasons Hotel Firenze Unveils a Spectacular Festive Season Across its Two Historic Palazzi

For the first time in its 16-year history, Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is doubling the magic of the festive season, hosting celebrations in both Palazzo della Gherardesca and the newly restored Palazzo del Nero. Panettone della Gherardesca

This year’s panettone box sparkles with a design inspired by the century-old fresco in the Conventino Ballroom, once a hidden church in Palazzo del Nero. Created through a collaboration between Executive Chef Paolo Lavezzini, Executive Pastry Chef Mariano Dileo, and local bakery Leonardo Firenze, the Panettone della Gherardesca is a feast for the senses, blending earthy flavours such as laurel, rosemary, and chestnut honey, alongside sweet Apulian almonds and rich Brazil nuts. 1 kilogram, EUR 55

Tea & Aperitivo Time

This festive season, the newly opened Bar Berni teams up with one of Florence's favourites, Procacci, to present an exceptional aperitivo experience. Enjoy their iconic truffle buns alongside an exclusive limited-edition, available only at Bar Berni and Procacci.

At Atrium Bar, treat friends to the Panettone della Gherardesca paired with Louis XIII Cognac by Remy Martin, or enjoy a classic afternoon tea with pastries, sandwiches, and Tuscan biscuits at the Atrium Bar or Lobby. Christmas Tea Time starts at EUR 40 per person

  • December 15, 2024 10:00 am – 8:00 pm – Open Day 2024 - A cherished tradition, Open Day transforms the Gherardesca Garden into a lively market filled with local producers, restaurants, music by Radio Toscana, and family-friendly entertainment. Proceeds support Trisomia 21 and Contesto ETS, promoting inclusion for people with disabilities. Minimum donation for park entry: EUR 1 per adult

  • Palazzo della Gherardesca – Il Palagio and Atrium Bar - Savour a seven-course festive menu featuring highlights such as Parmigiano Reggiano-stuffed anolini in vegetable broth, Chef Paolo Lavezzini’s homage to his grandmother recipe, and other delicacies such as quince-stuffed capon, black cabbage, and black truffle for an indulgent culinary journey to remember. EUR 190 per person
  • Palazzo del Nero – Onde Restaurant - Celebrate Christmas Eve the Italian way with a five-course seafood menu. Begin with a selection of appetizers, including Cantabrian anchovies with mozzarella and sea bass tartare with garlic-infused puntarelle. Indulge in highlights such as gnocchi with scampi in a creamy tomato sauce and steamed catch of the day, paired with lemon and shallot mayonnaise. The evening concludes with irresistible delights in the dessert room, promising a very sweet finale.
