The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze Announces the Next Edition of Healing Garden Retreat

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze announces the third edition of Healing Garden Retreat, a morning dedicated to the rebalancing of body, mind, and spirit guided by journalist and writer Benedetta Rossi Albini and Marianne Mirage, an artist, singer-songwriter, and holistic arts teacher.

Immersed in a green oasis of over four hectares (ten acres), the Spa is a refuge ideal for reconnecting with both oneself and nature. Healing Garden has been conceived to foster this connection through a series of wellness activities with selected professionals.

On Saturday, June 8, 2024, the Spa will be the meeting place to experience the beauty of one of Florence's largest private parks from a different perspective.  Activities consist in a session of regenerative Hatha yoga, suitable for anyone wishing to approach the practice, and poetry writing aimed at rediscovering one's creative channels.

• 9:00 am – 10:45 am - Hatha Yoga with Marianne Mirage Marianne Mirage, soul and blues singer-songwriter and musician, who decided to master her yoga practice in 2020, creating a community sharing her passion for yoga and chanting meditation.
• 11:00 am – 12:45 pm - Poetry Writing with Benedetta Rossi Albini. Writing as a tool to leverage one’s most creative nature; Benedetta Rossi Albini will guide guests on a journey dedicated to the art of poetry. From Sappho to the present day, reading sessions will alternate with writing exercises, inspired by natural and non-natural scenarios.
• 1:00 pm – Eco-Nutrition Lunch - The Retreat will conclude with an eco-nutrition lunch, a method developed by Dr. Lucia Bacciottini following the principle of "keep portion in proportion," using bowls designed to quantify the ideal combination of ingredients, highlighting the key role of vegetables and fruits.
