Guests can also have fun with a series of specially crafted experiences from February 10 to 18, 2024 in the 70F lobby, including spring couplets writing, sugar painting and handmade sachet workshop. The reunion dinner is an indispensable part of Chinese New Year’s Eve and the Hotel’s Michelin-awarded culinary team has created six exciting menus for families to enjoy. Each dish is carefully crafted and served with its special meaning and symbolism. Braised Lobster is served in fairy smoke and looks as if the auspicious dragon soars in the air. After simmering, the lobster is steamed with egg white and served with sautéed lobster meat, enabling guests to enjoy the freshness of each bite. Steamed Grouper, is pronounced the same as surplus in Chinese, which signifies "having more than enough every year." The reputable Yu Yue Heen Crispy Chicken features a roasted chicken with crispy skin, as the whole chicken represents togetherness and unity. Chinese New Year is never complete without a lavish reunion dinner featuring traditional and auspicious dishes such Poon Choi, the classic Cantonese dish assembled with more than nine premium ingredients, including abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw and more.
