The upgraded a la carte menu, a skillful creation of Executive Sous Chef April, allowing diners to feel the authenticity and coziness of Italian meals while remaining in Guangzhou. Chef’s recommendation includes Beef Tonnato, a northern Italian specialty, features sliced Wagyu beef cooked slowly at low temperature for a delicate, tender texture. A special sauce made from mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil, and tuna adds a distinctive flavour. Fritto Misto, fried seafood dish exemplifies the essence of Italian home cooking: using locally sourced ingredients, typically including squid and shrimp, with zucchini added for a balanced flavour.

A must-try is Polletto Arrosto, spring chicken no older than three months is roasted with a mix of rosemary and thyme, resulting in a tender and juicy meat with an enticing aroma. Another new signature dish, Mussel Mariniere, using plump mussels cooked with white wine, butter and parsley, the wine's aroma is distinct without overpowering the taste, and the sauce is not to be wasted and is best enjoyed with fresh crusty bread.
