Daphne’s journey with Four Seasons began in 2005 as a Concierge Guest Relations Officer at Four Seasons Place Hong Kong, where her passion for hospitality was ignited. Since then, she has risen through senior leadership roles in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Macao, and has contributed her expertise on task force assignments in Beijing, Maldives at Kuda Huraa, Hangzhou at West Lake, and Tianjin. Her transformative tenure as Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Macao led the property to achieve various accolades, including Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star for the hotel, its Spa, the Michelin- starred Zi Yat Heen restaurant, and the Grand Suites, as well as the Spa China awards from 2022 to 2025.
As a seasoned expert in new properties, Daphne played pivotal roles in launching flagship projects like Four Seasons Hotel Beijing, Four Seasons Place Macao, and The Grand Suites at Four Seasons Macao. Aligned with the Four Seasons Golden Rule — to treat others how they themselves would want to be treated, Daphne embraces the philosophy, “We are what we do, not what we say we are,” which centres on authentic action. She believes that true excellence flows from meaningful team moments, which create profound guest connections.
