Six Hands Culinary Collaboration of Excellence at Lung King Heen

On October 24, 2024 for one night only, Executive Chinese Chef Chan Yan Tak of two Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Lung King Heen will host an extraordinary evening alongside masters of Jiangzhe cuisine. Joining him are Executive Chinese Chef Wang Yong from Jin Sha at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake, and Executive Chinese Chef Charles Zhang from Jin Jing Ge at Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou.

Together, they will unveil a six-course menu that celebrates premium ingredients and expertly crafted dishes, highlighting the rich culinary traditions of Cantonese and Jiangzhe cuisines. Chef Chan will showcase the beloved signature dish, Superior Pottage with Fish Maw and Shredded Chicken, alongside Braised 20 Heads Amidori Abalone with Star Garoupa Fillet in Supreme Oyster Sauce.
