Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong Introduces Poolside Escape Cabanas with Food and Spa Experiences Inspired by HBO® Original Series The White Lotus Season 3

Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong unveils Poolside Escape cabanas inspired by the HBO® Original Series, The White Lotus, filmed at Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui.

These exclusive cabanas will be available from now until May 16, 2025 at Pool Terrace located on the sixth-floor of the Hotel. Fans of the series will recognize the setting, which set the stage for many iconic scenes throughout the HBO® Original Series.

Guests can indulge in a poolside cocktail menu featuring two signature drinks, while soaking in the spectacular harbour views at the cabanas surrounded by lush greenery and designed to create a relaxing urban oasis.

• Hong Kong Spritz: Featuring Aperol, mandarin, soda, and Prosecco DOP, this cocktail offers a refreshing profile with bright mandarin flavours, perfect for any occasion.
• Virgin Cucumber Mojito: A mix of cucumber juice, mint, fresh lime, and Sprite, this light, non-alcoholic drink combines crisp cucumber with mint for a revitalizing beverage. 

To complement these beverages, Executive Chef Maxime Luvara and Executive Pastry Chef Ringo Chan have curated a selection of savoury and sweet delights, including:

• Pool Terrace Poke Bowl: A vibrant mix of tuna sashimi, avocado, wakame, nori, mange, sushi rice, and sesame ponzu
• Traditional Nicoise Salad: A classic dish featuring tuna ventresca, fresh tomatoes, organic eggs, Taggiasca olives, artichokes, anchovies and more, all tossed in a red wine vinaigrette
• Seared Scottish Salmon: Perfectly seared salmon served with cherry tomatoes and asparagus 
• Chocolate Éclair: A delightful dessert filled with orange zest dark ganache, topped with Chantilly cream, hazelnuts, and served with vanilla gelato and chocolate sauce.
