Beginning of December 1, 2017, the Hotel will transform its grand lobby into an enchanting festive fairy tale. As always, specially crafted ornaments such as evil eye, pomegranate and flying gingerbread houses will adorn the traditional décor. The Hotel will offer seasonal delights such as boza, glühwein, chestnuts, Ottoman sherbets, sahlep and apple cider with a Four Seasons Sultanahmet touch every day during December in the lobby.

Christmas Eve Gala Dinner

Offering a cosy and warm ambiance at the heart of the Old City, the Hotel’s elegant restaurant Seasons will present a five course festive dinner menu, with dishes such as pan fried warm Canadian scallops, mixed seafood pappardelle followed by traditional Christmas turkey stuffed with wild herbs or fillet of black cod fish, ending with raspberry semifreddo.

Christmas Day

For a fun filled family Christmas Day, Seasons Restaurant offers the idyllic festive lunch, offering traditional Christmas turkey stuffed with wild herbs or fillet of black cod fish and of course Christmas petit fours.

New Year’s Gala Dinner at Seasons Restaurant

Set at the heart of the enchanting courtyard of the Hotel, Seasons welcomes its guests with a special six course New Year’s Eve menu including a welcome cocktail and a midnight toast accompanied by a trio performance.  The creations of the culinary team will take guests to a savoury journey. Starting with lobster and seabass tartar followed by black and white castini pasta and then having fillet of red mulllet as the next course, guests will have aged beef rib eye for main dish. A special kids set menu will be available. For those looking for a party, DJ performance will spice up the memorable dinner after midnight.

New Year’s Breakfast
