The SKY 21 Brunch unites flavours from the East and West as Sintoho and Dai Forni join hands to create a dazzling feast for the senses, all served up with live music and entertainment, interactive cooking stations and spectacular views from high on the 21st floor of Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya.
Traditional yet modern, the SKY 21 Brunch takes guests on an exceptional culinary journey that includes Executive Chef Sebastiano Spriveri’s signature dishes from both restaurants. The monthly event pairs modern far-eastern specialties from Sintoho with the dynamic Italian culinary art of Dai Forni, and offers a gorgeous way to while away a Saturday afternoon with family and friends.
The Hotel’s rooftop venues will come alive with culinary craftsmanship as tempting aromas invite guests to explore flavours from two of Kuwait’s best-loved gourmet destinations. Guests will be able to discover delicacies from the live dim sum station, teppanyaki table, sushi corner and traditional Peking duck carving station, together with a fresh seafood bar, live pasta stations and delicious pizza from the wood-fired oven. Refreshing Western and Asian-inspired mocktails, a dedicated dessert room and much more make this an unmissable weekend escape for foodies.
And the experience doesn’t end there.
For the guests who always wanted to see what happens behind the scenes in a world-class restaurant? The culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait has arranged a special tour that will take guests to the heart of the kitchen, giving them a rare opportunity to witness culinary masters in action and learn more about the kingdom of Executive Chef Sebastiano Spriveri. Meanwhile, Sintoho and Dai Forni’s private dining areas will be transformed to create two sweet new additions that will have dessert fans and chocolate lovers weak at the knees.
The Choux-Choux Room in Dai Forni presents an indulgent selection of signature French pastries, including eclairs, religieuses and paris-brest. Talented Pastry Chef Lucio Colombo has crafted an impeccable collection of luxurious international desserts especially for the occasion. The guest can also enjoy treats from the ice cream bar and strawberry bar, or dip into the grand pot of um ali. Last, but by no means least, the special candy floss attraction is sure bring a smile to the faces of kids of all ages.
Next door in Sintoho, the guests will find themselves transported to a chocolate lover’s paradise. The Dark Room features bespoke chocolate artworks that bring new meaning to the saying “looks good enough to eat.” Guests will embark on the sweetest of journeys as they sample chocolate specialties created from cocoa beans of different origins, including pralines, truffles, and miniature desserts. Add a chocolate fountain, chocolate flan and giant chocolate cookies, and the SKY 21 Brunch is every chocolate fan’s dream.
