A special group class on offer for the day is Bodyweight Boot Camp X Hammock Power For Men This is not a typical yoga session.  For men ready to move with purpose, build core power, and decompress without the gym scene, this class utilizes bodyweight and hammocks to train stability, not just muscle — to make one strong and grounded. Hang, invert, sweat, and reset — all in 45 minutes using bodyweight strength, primal movement, and recovery that works. End with a 15-minute sound bowl reset.

Manele Golf Course – Golfing dads can tee off for a perfect day on the championship Manele Golf Course.  With ocean views on every hole, the course offers five tees allowing the course to be enjoyed by all levels of golfers while presenting a formidable test to the best players. Greens fees include complimentary food and beverage at Kau Kau tin or via Cart GPS, personal engraved metal bag tag, preferred tee times and more.  For families that like to stay together but not play a full 18 rounds together can put in some time on the Practice Range – clubs and balls are complimentary to guests.
