New ocean adventures await guests of Four Seasons Resort Lanai and Sensei Lanai, A Four Seasons Resort, with the addition of Lanai VI, a 42 foot (12.8 metre) high-speed luxury fishing boat, fitted with amenities suited for exhilarating excursions on Hawaiian waters. The captains and crew of Lanai Ocean Sports know the fishing grounds around the island better than anyone, so a day on the water won’t disappoint.

Designed and built by Freeman Boatworks, known for pairing performance with comfort to create top-of-the-line boats, Lanai VI is a centre-console boat providing guests with a true 360-degree fishability experience. The yacht features a beautifully appointed and oversized cockpit, a dual-row rocket launcher and more for an intimate experience for up to six guests that still delivers peak performance, safety and comfort. Cruising speed is delivered by quad Mercury 400 horsepower engines.

Design details and custom features include a sleek hull providing ample space, teak decks with a comfortable daybed and seating, berth, head, a forward sunpad with integrated rod holders, Starlink internet, Bluetooth sound system and a full Garmin electronics suite - all which make the boat feel like a mini-yacht. Fishing amenities include a fresh bait sink, carbon fibre outriggers, ample deck storage for ice, and fish and launch table that assists when reeling in fish.  

Fishing Excursions

Take in the beautiful coastline of Lanai on a four- or eight-hour private charter as the crew share insightful information about the towering cliffs and marine life. Then it’s time to cast a line, as Lanai offers access to some of the best natural fishing grounds in the Hawaiian Islands. Find ono, kawakawa (ahi), barracuda, elua, papio, mahi mahi, marlin and many other types of Hawaiian bottom fish. All fishing equipment and bait is provided. Lunch and non-alcoholic beverages are included for a memorable day at sea. Guests on the boat must be minimum of eight years old.

Daily Ocean Adventures

Guests can also explore the ocean with daily catamaran tours, snorkel sails, and sunset sails as well as seasonal whale watching tours. Check the online calendar for schedules. Private charters are also available, and Lanai VI can be booked for trips between Lanai and Maui for transfers or day trips.
