Wellness

This November at Hawanawana Spa, guests can slow down and welcome the season with an open heart. Complimentary festive classes include Gratitude Walking Meditation, Sound Meditation as well as a Letter Ceremony. In a calm, guided setting, guests write a heartfelt letter to someone who shaped their life, then keep the letter, send it or release it in a closing ritual.

At Sensei Lanai, guests can welcome the holiday with a complimentary sunrise journey along Koloiki Ridge. As the landscape opens to sweeping views, a trio of Guides invite guests to reflect, fostering gratitude and connection on the morning hike. Or seek intention, reflection and movement in a special Gratitude & Flow. This holiday practice combines guided gratitude meditation with gentle yoga to help cultivate presence and appreciation for people and opportunities that enrich life.

Kids of all ages can play and make new friends while cookie decorating, getting crafty, watching movies and more. The complimentary Kids For All Seasons program, for ages 5-12, also offers themed party nights, available at an additional charge and including dinner.
