Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas is celebrating spring with the creation of two garden-to-glass cocktails created in partnership with elit by Stoli as part of a Four Seasons cocktail promotion.

Known as April Showers Bring May Flowers, this is the second annual cocktail promotion created with the premium vodka leader. As part of the unique promotion, bartenders will create an elit martini using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Two grand prize winners will receive an all expense paid trip to the Global Bartender Celebration in Ibiza, Spain and an all expense paid trip to the Chef Fest in Hualalai Food & Wine Festival. In a city known for its creative libations, veteran bartenders at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas have submitted two distinct entries – one representing Veranda, the Hotel’s authentic Italian restaurant, and one representing PRESS, the Hotel’s indoor-outdoor bar. The cocktails will be available through June 1, 2016.

At Veranda, bartender Nick Garcia created The Double Agent, which he describes as clean, classic and perfect for spring. The cocktail combines elit by Stoli with St-Germain and Lillet Blanc.

The Double Agent, USD 18

  • 2 oz elit by Stoli
  • 1 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 1/4 oz St-Germain
  • 2 dashes citrus bitters
  • Garnish: rosemary sprig and lemon twist

At PRESS, loved for its outdoor patio overlooking the Hotel’s pool, it is no surprise that fresh fruit takes centre stage.  Bartender Ross Ziga created 50 Shades of Pink, a cocktail that combines watermelon-infused elit by Stoli with fresh lemon and rosewater.

50 Shades of Pink, USD 16

  • 2 oz watermelon infused elit by Stoli
  • 1/2 oz of rosewater
  • 1/4 oz fresh lemon
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • Garnish: rose petals

Located within the non-gaming Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas, Veranda offers Italian cuisine in the dining room or al fresco on the landscaped terrace overlooking the Hotel’s private pool. A bar offers cocktails, small plates and nightly happy hour specials.

When the sun sets over the Las Vegas Strip, PRESS serves up handcrafted cocktails, sumptuous small plates and innovative desserts barside or on the sprawling outdoor patio.
