Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas Unveils Dynamic Evening Event Space; Veranda Restaurant Will Continue to Serve Breakfast, Lunch and Afternoon Tea

Whether a patio reception under sparkling string lights, a gourmet tasting menu in the spacious restaurant or an intimate affair in one of the two private dining rooms, Veranda offers a flexible, unique setting fit for all evening occasions. The restaurant will continue to serve breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and the popular weekend brunch buffet, while transforming each evening to a dynamic, customisable event space at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas.

“Veranda offers a unique venue for a variety of events and gatherings, particularly with the spacious poolside patio,” says Regional Vice President and General Manager Ilse Harley. “We saw a wonderful opportunity to continue to serve our loyal local following and Hotel guests with breakfast and lunch, and expand our reach into the evening event market.”

The Hotel’s catering team will work with groups to create a specialised menu for each event, drawing upon a diverse selection of themed offerings previously only available in the property’s banquet and meeting space. Two private dining rooms – La Sala and La Luna – also are available, for groups of 10 to 24 people. For the ultimate experience, groups can elect for the buyout option, accommodating up to 300 people for receptions and 200 for dinner. The flexible indoor/outdoor space features a neutral, modern décor scheme, perfect for customising to each event, as well as a spacious and lush poolside patio.

Veranda offers modern American cuisine for breakfast and lunch, accompanied by a seasonal selection of handcrafted desserts. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide abundant natural light in the spacious restaurant, while a poolside outdoor terrace is ideal for outdoor dining. A weekend brunch buffet is served every Saturday and Sunday, featuring omelets made-to-order, fresh donuts and specialty breakfast cocktails.
