Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon and Silver.Spoon Dive into the Underbelly of Fashion with the "Dirty Model" Edition

Society’s perception of fashion is luxurious, glamorous, and beautiful. But behind it all lurks an equal darkness ... Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon and its partner, Silver.Spoon, will offer up its interpretation of fashion, illuminating and satirising the industry’s most infamous and controversial stereotypes. But make no mistake, The Dirty Model Edition will be a playful and tongue-in-cheek installation.

Spectators of the evening’s "show" will become participants central in weaving the experience and creating the fashion emporium that is The Dirty Model Edition. The Guerilla Dining experience in Lisbon sees Silver.Spoon Chef Adrien Norwood helming the kitchen alongside Four Season Hotel Ritz Lisbon Executive Chef Pascal Meynard.

Reservations are now open for the Lisbon edition of The Dirty Model Edition:

About the Chefs

Pascal Meynard, Executive Chef of Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon, is a bit of a thrill-seeker. Of dual French and Canadian citizenship, he grew up surfing and kayaking in the beautiful Basque region of France and returns there every summer to experiment with the latest water-based activities. “I’m into white-water rafting and surf-kayaking at the moment,” he says (the latter activity being where a kayak is used to perform the same moves that one would perform on a surfboard). “It’s a huge adrenalin rush.”

Adrien Norwood is a Los Angeles native who has worked at some of the top kitchens internationally, including In de Wulf, Broadway by Amar Santana, Geranium, and Dragsholm Slot.
