Michelin-Starred Pavyllon London at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane Presents Its Festive Bûche de Noël
This December, elevate celebrations with the exquisite Bûche de Noël (Yule log) from Pavyllon London, the modern French restaurant by Chef Yannick Alléno at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. An edible work of art, it’s the ultimate festive centrepiece: indulgent, elegant, and for a good cause, with proceeds supporting the charity StreetSmart.
Meticulously crafted by Pavyllon’s talented pastry team, under Executive Chef Benjamin Ferra y Castell’s direction, the Bûche de Noël embodies artistry, precision and creativity. Inspired by the interiors of the Pavyllon Lounge designed by Michele Létang, her distinctive 1930s designs have been reimagined in a celebration of artistry and culinary craftsmanship.
Made with chocolate from Nicolas Berger, one of the most revered chocolatiers in Paris, the Bûche features rich chocolate, layered with a nutty sobacha praliné croustillant containing no excess sugar to enhance the true character of the cocoa. A bespoke mould was developed by industry leaders MoldBrothers to create the delicate shape.
In the spirit of giving, 5 percent of all proceeds will be donated to StreetSmart, the UK charity supporting people experiencing homelessness, providing safety, stability, and hope throughout the winter months.
Pavyllon’s Bûche de Noël is priced at GBP 88 and available to order for collection from December 15 to 26, 2025.
