Following last year's successful debut, Veil & Velvet makes its highly anticipated return to Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills from December 1, 2025, through Spring 2026. This speakeasy experience transforms The Lounge affectionately known as Hollywood’s living room, into a sophisticated homage to old-school piano bars and private dining clubs.

The star of the season is once again the signature Press for Caviar service, last year’s most talked-about indulgence, inviting guests to summon the world’s finest caviar tableside with the theatrical touch of an antique button presented in an elegant jewel box. This decadent experience can be enjoyed as a refined caviar bump, as an opulent enhancement to any dish, or as part of the full traditional caviar service with red fife blinis and classic accompaniments.

Returning favourites such as the aptly named Royale with Cheese Wagyu smash burger take their place alongside new, showstopping additions including lobster rolls, embered oysters, dry-aged porterhouse steak, and spaghetti al limone crowned with caviar. Each dish reimagines American classics through a lens of modern decadence and Hollywood glamour.

Set against an ambiance of rich velvet, polished brass, and plush leather, the lounge captures the intrigue of Hollywood’s golden age. A refined cocktail program featuring timeless Manhattans, Rob Roys, and Vesper Martinis elevate the experience, while the new Silver Screen Martini for Two delivers a dramatic tableside ritual, stirred to perfection, served with house-made caviar olives and an additional bump of caviar, a dazzling toast to Los Angeles evenings at their most glamorous.
