This March, Four Seasons Hotel Macao presents the Four-Hands Culinary Extravaganza, an unparalleled dining experience bringing together two renowned culinary forces: Chef Wang Yong, Senior Executive Chinese Chef of Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake, and Chef Anthony Ho Yam To, Executive Chinese Chef of Four Seasons Hotel Macao. This exclusive two-night event, uniting the master chefs behind four Black Pearl diamonds and two Michelin stars, promises to be the culinary highlight of the year.

Chef Wang Yong, a master of Zhejiang cuisine, has elevated Jin Sha at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake to legendary status, earning three diamonds in the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide for eight consecutive years. In 2023, Jin Sha was ranked #59 on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 51-100 list and was awarded a coveted Michelin star. For this special occasion, Chef Wang will showcase the artistry and flavours of Jiangzhe cuisine, offering diners an unforgettable gastronomic journey.

Zi Yat Heen at Four Seasons Hotel Macao, celebrated for its excellence in Cantonese cuisine, has earned prestigious accolades, including Forbes Five-Star recognition for three consecutive years, one diamond in the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide, and a Michelin star for eight consecutive years. Led by Chef Anthony Ho, the restaurant combines tradition and innovation to capture the essence of Cantonese flavours. This collaboration, inspired by the freshness of spring, promises a delightful experience with creative and refined dishes for even the most discerning diners.

The exclusive menu features signature dishes and inspired creations, including Chef Wang’s acclaimed Jiangzhe dishes such as Braised Pork Belly with Fresh Abalone, Broad Bean Paste with Chinese Mahogany, Coddled Egg with Sea Urchin, Stir-Fried Snow Crab Rice Cake with Shepherd’s Purse, and Steamed Milk Pudding with Longjing Tea. Zi Yat Heen will offer Cantonese masterpieces such as Carabineros Prawn with Soya Sesame Sauce and Iced Plant, Kristal Caviar with Chilled South Australian Lobster, Double-Boiled Canadian Geoduck Soup with Italian Basil, Steamed Star-Spotted Grouper, and Bird’s Nest with Pumpkin Panna Cotta.
