Burgers & Views: Dani Brasserie at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid and Pink’s Sign Collab Partnership
- From May 28 to 31, Dani Brasserie and Pink’s will join forces for the first time to reinterpret the iconic Rossini burger from Chef Dani García with a smash attitude
- This collab can be enjoyed in the skies of the capital from the seventh floor of Four Seasons Hotel Madrid

To celebrate International Burger Day on May 28, Dani Brasserie and Pink’s are signing a rather unusual collab partnership deal entitled “Burgers & Views” as a tribute to relaxed but well understood luxury. Four days, one iconic recipe and a shared vision: “when the product is good, there’s no need to complicate it,” they say at Pink’s.
From May 28 to 31, 2025, between 4:00 and 7:00 pm, a limited edition of the Rossini Burger will be served on the terrace of Dani Brasserie on the seventh floor of Four Seasons Hotel Madrid with some privileged views of the city skyline at a pop-up created exclusively for the occasion. Fifty units will be prepared each day and all of them will share the same standard that defines the two brands: intent, care and quality. This is clearly reflected in Pink’s philosophy, a company that has made a name for itself in the capital for its recipes with no unnecessary extras. Each burger will also come with limited edition merchandising boasting a unique design available in standard sizes.
The Rossini itself needs no introduction. It is one of the most highly recognised dishes from Dani García’s career and a classic at his brasserie: matured Simmental loin, foie gras and parmesan cheese. The original recipe is maintained for this special edition but adapted to the Pink’s style with a more direct format and their most recognisable and addictive garnish: chips with the unmistakable touch of smoky seasoning, a basic at Pink’s but one that raises this product to another level and is responsible for leaving diners with (happily) dirty fingers.
This collab between Pink’s and Dani Brasserie is the result of combining the most iconic recipes from two highly prestigious brands. It creates a top notch table dining experience and is a great way to celebrate International Burger Day in the skies of the capital at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. In short: fewer rules, more intent.

About Pink’s
Pink’s began in a single restaurant of barely 20 square metres in the heart of Madrid with a clear conviction: to offer a single classic burger but perfected to the highest level. From day one, every gram of meat, every kitchen shift and every conversation with a customer became part of a larger idea that today operates out of 14 company-owned restaurants and has served more than a million burgers. What seemed like a restriction (a small space, a single recipe, limited daily production) was transformed into its greatest advantage: total focus. Pink’s modus operandi maximises every square metre of space, far exceeding industry efficiency standards. At Pink’s, simplicity is not a restriction but rather a precision tool. The company represents efficiency with intent, a purpose-driven culture and excellence built through perseverance. Every decision is made with a focus on permanence, not urgency. In a market saturated with huge promises, short-lived trends and an obsession to grow at all costs, Pink’s has chosen a different path: to build from within, to reinvest with conviction and to maintain control of its story as a way to protect what matters: its legacy. Its system is designed to perform at the highest level: it prioritises efficiency, rewards discipline and recognises merit, but it all starts and ends with the customer. Their standard, what they accept, what they buy again, what they recommend; these are the factors that steer the company. In an ever-changing world, some things always stay the same: people who value a well made product, an agile experience and a brand that takes its promise seriously. These truths are unquestioned. They are the mainstays at Pink’s and the focus for all its energy. Whenever a new Pink’s opens, it is not seen as a goal but rather a reaffirmation. An opportunity to serve with greater intent, to grow with more purpose and to take another step towards becoming the company it wants to be in 100 years. At Pink’s, they believe in the most basic and most powerful meaning of the company’s word: a group of people aligned by a clear vision and working together to achieve something extraordinary. Pink’s was not created to become the centre of attention. It exists to deserve that attention. It demonstrates that every day, burger by burger.
