Volcan Tequila Comes to Dani Brasserie: Outstanding Cocktails on the Exclusive Terrace with Views of the Capital at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid

Atop Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, Dani Brasserie is consolidating its position as the essential haute cuisine rooftop in Madrid. This September, the magnificent venue is adding a time-limited experience to its offer alongside Volcán De Mi Tierra, the 100 percent blue agave tequila from the lowlands and highlands around Tequila Volcano in Jalisco, Mexico.

From September 16 to 30, 2025, during after-work hours between 4:00 and 8:00 pm, guests will be able to enjoy the Volcán Golden Hour. This is the perfect plan for those last few summer evenings after returning from the coast and beach clubs. At Dani Brasserie, it will be possible to savour a cocktail selection created especially for this collab. Choosing between a Volcán Paloma or a Margarita, each drink will be served with a signature tapa to complete the experience and provide a bite to eat at a price of EUR 25.

In contrast with the traditional and autochthonous style of Volcán Tequila’s Hacienda La Gavilana, Dani Brasserie is the epitome of design and sophistication; a perfect setting in which to unwind from the urban surroundings and enjoy the gastronomy of Dani García on the roof terrace with the best views.
