This year, the hotel’s pastry team led by María José Parra is presenting a new take on some traditional desserts with fresh ingredients and irresistible flavours.

El Patio, located in the impressive lobby at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid famous for its timeless luxury and outstanding service, is offering elegant classics with traditional local produce. These are new versions of classic delicacies in a space with spectacular history, the former Operations Hall of the Banco Español de Crédito, perfect for guests to enjoy the sweetest bites this Easter.

As Easter arrives, El Patio transforms into a charming paradise of sweetness for enjoying the latest carefully prepared creations that reinvent traditional flavours with a touch of originality. Guests and local residents can celebrate the Easter festivities in El Patio by trying the latest innovations from until April 5, 2026.

The offer consists of desserts made using fresh ingredients and unique flavours, all of which will be on display behind glass. They will include the Huevo de Oro (EUR 22), which is inspired by the famous Lingote de Oro and its combination of chocolate, hazelnut and praline for those with a sweet tooth, and the Nido de Frambuesa (EUR 22), a cream of cheese, raspberry and biscuit base that is perfect for anyone who enjoys the fruits of the forest. One of the most attractive new items this year is La Torrija with caramelised brioche bread infused in orange, almond cream, Zacapa XO rum and vanilla ice-cream for the most traditional.

For those who prefer simpler options, the offer includes such creations as Cosecha de Caramelo (EUR 20), a chocolate filled with peanut cream, toffee and banana; and Amanecer Cítrico (EUR 20), a dessert with lemon, kalamansi-yuzu and almond sponge. Furthermore, the seasonal desserts also include cakes of the day, two-flavour biscuits, dark chocolate, pecan nut and milk chocolate and hazelnut, and a range of ice-creams with different flavours.
