Behind its bar, a team of creative bartenders inspired by fairy tale classics worked their magic to create a new cocktail menu that will be available for a limited time and that invites guests to discover the essence of their favourite stories.

• Whiskey fat wash with sausages, apple soda and pear syrup; with goat cheese foam and serrano ham

Hansel & Gretel "Wait for the moon to rise; then we will see the breadcrumbs that we have been throwing on the ground, and they will show us the way back."

• Vodka macerated with gingerbread cookies, almond and hazelnut liqueur, milk, cream, and lemon. With golden chocolate bitters-flavoured popcorn.

Rumpelstiltskin "I know how to recognize a desperate soul."

Tasting of the 3 cocktails, which combined create a new one:

• 1st Day: Gin, cherry brandy, chamomile syrup, lavender bitters, lemon, aquafaba and blackberries
• 2nd Day: Vodka, Bianco Vermouth with rosemary, Mexican Flower Bitters.
• 3rd Day: Mezcal, St-Germain and Cordial de Rosas

Cenicienta (Cinderella) "When the raindrops begin to fall, remember that you are the only one who can fill your world with light."

• Tequila, mezcal, Campari, grapefruit, and butterfly tea

Blancanieves (Snow White) "Mirror, Mirror, who is the most beautiful in the kingdom?"

• Whiskey, apple, and lemon juice, organic honey, cinnamon, aquafaba edible vanilla and cardamom moss.

La Belle et La Bete (Beauty and the Beast) "Do not be fooled by appearances. Beauty itself is found in the soul."

• Gin, red wine, rhubarb shrub with strawberry, pink pepper tincture, and cinchona syrup
