Zanaya, the iconic restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City, announces an exciting series of exclusive dinners in collaboration with leading Mexican chefs. Starting in June, Zanaya offers diners a unique culinary experience, where they can enjoy the creativity and talent of some of the country's most renowned chefs.

It began with a six-handed dinner with award-winning Chef Carlos Gaytán. This special dinner, which took place on June 6, featured Chef Carlos Gaytán, along with Zanaya Chef Olimpia Calderón and Pastry Chef Laura Rodríguez. Attendees enjoyed an eight-course tasting menu that fused the unique styles of each chef, paired to perfection with wines from the Encinillas winery in Chihuahua, Mexico.

On July 11, 2024, the Zanaya team will have the honour of welcoming guest Chefs Yunuen Velázquez and Isis Velázquez, traditional cooks from Michoacán. Famous for their restaurant La Tradición de Apatzingán in Morelia, these chefs have been instrumental in the recognition of Michoacán's Purépecha cuisine as Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO. During the dinner, the Velazquez chefs will share their knowledge and passion for traditional Michoacan cuisine, offering diners a unique culinary journey.

In August, Zanaya will continue its series of exclusive dinners with the participation of Santiago Muñoz, chef of Maizajo, and Carlos Galán, chef of Guzina. These two talented chefs will delight diners with their contemporary interpretations of Mexican cuisine, using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

"We are thrilled to be able to offer our guests this unique opportunity to experience the incredible diversity and talent of Mexican cuisine," says Gerardo Maniscalco, Executive Chef of Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City. "These dinners will not only be a memorable culinary experience, but also an opportunity to support and celebrate the cultural richness of this great country."

Further collaborations will be announced soon. For reservations and more information call 5552301818.
