The SPA at Four Seasons Hotel Milano Presents the “Flow & Glow” Ritual

A new beauty experience has launched at the SPA at Four Seasons Hotel Milano: Flow & Glow Ritual, which combines Claudia Ciocca's Face Yoga lessons with the experience of the Swiss Perfection Spa brand and the use of the Déesse PRO LED Mask.

Always on the lookout for the latest wellness trends and the most innovative treatments, the SPA at the iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano offers a new ritual for 2024, which aims to make the face radiant and reduce the signs of ageing.

The Flow & Glow ritual combines three steps, which can be carried out in a single treatment or divided based on the time that each individual client has available during the day.

Face Yoga

Face Yoga is a blend of yoga positions dedicated to the face that, combined with controlled expressions, conscious breathing and correct posture, improve the appearance of the face and give a general sense of well-being. Thanks to its practice, it is possible to increase awareness by identifying, and consequently correcting, those "bad habits" that create muscle tension, improving blood circulation and consequently the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the tissues, toning the muscles and the skin, and correcting asymmetries.

The first step of the Flow & Grow ritual is a Face Yoga class taught by Claudia Ciocca, beauty editor and Face Yoga teacher.  Claudia Ciocca, a graduate in Fashion Design from Milan’s Polytechnic University, also holds a master's degree in Fashion Styling and Editor. She has worked as an editor, first of fashion and then of beauty, for two large publishing groups in Italy.

Face Yoga increases self-confidence, allowing everyone to be responsible for their own beauty. The lesson lasts 45 minutes.

Glow Facial Treatment by Swiss Perfection

The second step of the ritual is the Glow treatment by Swiss Perfection, proposed following the Face Yoga lesson. The innovative path aims to treat signs of tiredness and restore the skin's vitality with an immediate increase in luminosity through the application of a collagen mask.

The SPA at Four Seasons Hotel Milano

Created by the famous designer and architect Patricia Urquiola, the Hotel's SPA welcomes guests in the heart of the Fashion District in an environment with a contemporary design – in the seven rooms for facial, body and massage treatments, sauna and Turkish bath, swimming pool and hydromassage tub and the Rossano Ferretti hair salon.
