Marcus: Seasonal Flavours and Festivities

This month, Marcus invites guests to celebrate fall with a series of curated experiences. Beginning Friday, October 10, and available until November 27, 2025, a signature Thanksgiving take-away tart is offered, serving six to eight guests. This modern interpretation of the classic pecan pie features an einkorn shell, soft buckwheat and pecan biscuit, crunchy pecan butter, light toasted vanilla mousse, and a hint of maple and fleur de sel caramel, priced at CAD 60. It’s a festive centrepiece and a testament to the pastry team’s creativity.

In honour of National Champagne Day on October 24, Bérêche Champagne will be offered by the glass from Wednesday to Saturday that week, providing the perfect sparkling moment to savour the season.

Halloween weekend transforms Marcus into a playground of mystery and elegance on October 31 and November 1, from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am, for a themed “Eyes Wide Shut” night. Black-and-white attire and masks set the stage for a festive evening, beginning with a carefully curated dinner and flowing into a night of music and movement. The Neighbors, Pat Boogie, Truspin, and other guest DJs will fill the restaurant and lounge, turning the night into an immersive celebration of style, energy, and unforgettable moments.
