In collaboration with Miels d’Anicet, a local brand devoted to sustainable beekeeping and artisanal honey production, Executive Chef Jason Morris has crafted a six-course tasting menu where each dish is delicately infused with different honeys, highlighting its versatility, complexity, and natural beauty. Available Tuesday to Saturday for one month only, this experience aligns perfectly with honey season in Quebec and celebrates both nature and craftsmanship.

The experience takes place at the Chef’s Counter, an intimate front-row seat to Marcus’ open kitchen, where guests are invited to witness Chef Morris and his team prepare each dish live. With a menu designed as a surprise and tailored to each guest’s preferences, the evening unfolds as a true moment of discovery—elevated by warm, personal interaction and culinary storytelling.

To elevate the honey-inspired menu, Chef Sommelier Alexandra Guay has crafted a bespoke wine pairing featuring exquisite honey wines from Desrochers D. Opening the evening, Mixologist Jay Lawson presents a signature cocktail that also highlights their exceptional products.
