Four Seasons Hotel Montreal Announces Winter–Spring Programming Featuring New Wellness Experience, Montréal en Lumière Culinary Event, and March Staycation Offer
Four Seasons Hotel Montreal unveils a curated lineup of winter–spring experiences spanning wellness, gastronomy, and local travel. From the launch of Équilibrium, a new immersive wellness series, to an exclusive Montréal en Lumière chef event at Marcus Restaurant and a limited-time March staycation offer, the hotel continues to redefine luxury through intentional, experience-driven programming.
Introducing Équilibrium — Edition I : Lunar
Four Seasons Hotel Montreal introduces Équilibrium, a new wellness series designed to restore balance, calm the nervous system, and mark moments of transition with intention. Set within the hotel’s serene spa relaxation area, Edition I : Lunar celebrates the Lunar New Year through a deeply sensorial journey combining sound, breath, light, and ritual.
The experience is led by Amarys, Founder and Lead Practitioner of Le Shift Sound Healing Studio Montreal. A fully Certified Acutonics Practitioner and multidisciplinary complementary health professional, Amarys draws from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Taoism, frequency-based wellness, sound therapy, breathwork, and meditation.
Guests are guided through a non-invasive, deeply restorative immersion integrating breathwork, meditation, aromatherapy, biofield tuning, vibrational acupressure, and neurosensory stimulation. The soundscape features gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, tongue drums, and rare sound therapy instruments, designed to support nervous system regulation and energetic balance.
Enhancing the experience, Kala’s red light therapy panels are integrated throughout the session, offering clinically informed red-light exposure to support circulation, cellular recovery, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. The evening concludes with a quiet integration moment, including tea service and wellness bites, allowing guests to transition gently back into the evening feeling grounded and renewed.
