The not-so-modest fruit has been sliced, infused and garnished by the Hotel's culinary mavens to serve up decadent preparations from the kitchens of San:Qi, the pan-Asian restaurant, and Café Prato, the 24-hour café serving local and international fare.

Dishes such as Alphonso and mango salad, allepy prawn curry, steamed sea bass with asparagus in mango sauce, aam ka saag, crispy fried prawns with spicy mango salsa, and crunchy tempura mango uramaki are sure to leave guests wanting more.
