Four Seasons Hotel Nashville unveils holiday plans for Mimo Restaurant and Bar, the property’s fine-dining restaurant that showcases a menu infused with the essence of Tuscan cuisine. The downtown restaurant is celebrating the holiday season with festive Italian flair, offering a special dining experience for guests this Thanksgiving.
Thanksgiving Menu
The holiday menu begins with a selection of first courses, including the Capesante, featuring Pan-Seared Diver Scallops complemented by Celery Root, Roasted Baby Carrots, and rich Brown Butter; Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with 36 Months Aged Parmigiano, Sunchokes, Manadori Balsamic, and an Arugula Aioli; Butternut Squash Soup topped with Whipped Goat Cheese and Pumpkin Seeds; or Mimo Harvest Salad, a crisp blend of Radicchio, Arugula, and Pomegranate drizzled with Apple Vinaigrette.
The second course offers Snake River Farm Beef Filet, enhanced by Truffled Mash and a Nebbiolo Jus; Funghi Tagliatelle with Mushroom Ragu; Ora King Salmon, served with Fregola Sarda, Clams, and Saffron Broth; or a Thanksgiving Turkey Feast featuring both Local Honey-Glazed Turkey Breast and Confit Leg, accompanied by Pancetta and Apple Brioche Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce, Giblet Gravy, Creamy Mashed Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts.
Dessert includes Pumpkin Pie Millefeuille with Valrhona Dulce Ice Cream, or Dark Chocolate Pecan Tart paired with rum-raisin ice cream for a sweet finish. Enjoy a fine selection of Rishi teas or Lavazza coffees to complete the meal.
Guests can start Thanksgiving Day off by enjoying Mimo’s regular breakfast menu from 7:00 am to 11:30 am. For those looking for an Italian-inspired Thanksgiving meal, Mimo will be serving the special festive menu from 12:00 noon to 7:30 pm.
Private Dining
Mimo’s private dining rooms are available for holiday parties throughout the season. The intimate, light-filled space can host groups of up to 40 people. Parties of 10 guests or less can order directly from Mimo’s a la carte menu. Bespoke prix-fixe menus are available for groups larger than 10.
