Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville announces that Bacco, its highly anticipated Tuscan-inspired steakhouse, will officially open to the public on April 10, 2026. Reservations are now available on OpenTable for guests eager to experience the vibrant new restaurant concept in the heart of downtown Nashville.

Inspired by Bacchus, the Roman god of wine and revelry, Bacco celebrates the warmth, abundance, and conviviality of Italian hospitality through a spirited Tuscan steakhouse experience. The restaurant blends refined Italian culinary traditions with the lively energy of Music City, creating a destination designed for everything from celebratory evenings to relaxed dinners with friends.

“Bacco has been thoughtfully imagined as a place where great food, wine, and conversation come together,” says Sunil Narang, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville. “From the design of the space to the flavours on the plate, every element reflects the joy and generosity of Italian dining culture. We’re thrilled to finally open our doors and welcome Nashville to experience it.”

The menu celebrates the bold flavours and seasonal ingredients of Italian cuisine, with a focus on premium steaks, house-made pastas, and vibrant antipasti. Guests can expect expertly prepared pasta dishes such as Gnocchetti Sardi with spicy ‘nduja, sambuca, and Parmigiano-Reggiano, and Conchiglie Al Pesto with zucchini, squash blossom, and basil, alongside a world-class selection of dry-aged steaks, fresh seafood, and refined entrees, including Broiled Whole Branzino with slow roasted oven tomatoes and Sicilian fennel butter, and Braised Lamb Belly with cannellini bean and pickled onion salad. The menu also highlights refined antipasti offerings including Charred and Chilled Prawns with Calabrian salsa verde and Coriander-Cured Tuna Loin with heirloom tomato hearts and lime, alongside shareable starters such as Bruschetta alla Mortadella with sweet n’ sour cherry mostarda and Sicilian pistachio.

“Bacco is a celebration of everything we love about Italian culture, from exceptional food and wine to the energy of gathering around the table,” says Nishaan Chavda, Director of Operations at Bacco. “We are proud to bring a concept to Nashville that embraces both authenticity and revelry, creating an experience that feels elevated, yet inviting.”

The culinary experience unfolds within a richly layered space designed by internationally acclaimed design studio AvroKO. Located just off the Hotel’s main lobby, Bacco features a dramatic central bar and lounge, an intimate dining room anchored by an open kitchen and custom dry-ageing cabinet, and two private dining rooms for special gatherings. Guests can also enjoy the restaurant’s expansive all-seasons terrazza, an outdoor terrace and bar inspired by the Italian Riviera, designed to transition seamlessly from sunny afternoons to vibrant evenings.

Spanning more than 8,000 square feet (750 square metres) across indoor and outdoor spaces, the restaurant combines Tuscan elegance with Nashville character through textured materials, warm tones, custom furnishings, and playful nods to Spaghetti Westerns that create an atmosphere both transportive and unmistakably local.

Bacco’s bar program will further enhance the experience with a curated Italian wine list and a cocktail program designed to balance Italian tradition with contemporary creativity, offering guests a lively gathering place from aperitivo hour through late evening.

Bacco will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week. With reservations now open ahead of its April debut, Bacco is poised to become one of Nashville’s most exciting new dining destinations.
