On Thursday, November 27, 2025, The Garden will host a refined Thanksgiving celebration that begins with seasonal breakfast favourites and transitions to an elegant three-course prix fixe lunch. Guests may enjoy dishes such as silken sweet potato soup with maple crème fraîche, herb-crusted sea bass, traditional roasted turkey with sage and onion stuffing, and a festive pastry buffet for dessert. A special children’s menu and wine pairings will be available, along with live music from a violin and cello duo.
TY Bar will offer Thanksgiving-inspired bites alongside its full menu, paired with a limited-edition cocktail collection featuring the Pumpkin Spiced Crown, Golden Harvest, and The Orchard Old Fashioned. For guests choosing to enjoy the holiday from the comfort of their suite, In-Room Dining will present a traditional turkey entrée, Thanksgiving-themed pastries, and complimentary hot apple cider and cookies in the lobby.
Christmas at Four Seasons Hotel New York
The magic continues with festive celebrations on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. On December 25, The Garden will serve breakfast followed by a luxurious three-course prix fixe lunch for USD 150 per person. The menu will feature seasonal specials such as scallops in the half shell, USDA prime beef Wellington, and seafood bouillabaisse. Guests will be welcomed with a cauliflower velouté amuse-bouche and invited to enjoy an interactive dessert buffet showcasing holiday confections from the pastry team.
Children’s menus will be available, and each guest will receive a holiday stollen bread gift to take home. TY Bar will offer special holiday cocktails including the Sleigh Bell Sour and Frosted Fig Fizz, alongside festive small plates such as miso-whipped confit potatoes with caviar and gold-dusted calamari.

New Year’s Eve: Velvet Midnight at TY Bar
To ring in 2026, guests are invited to Midnight Mirage, an immersive celebration at TY Bar on December 31. Beginning with a daytime prelude open to all guests and culminating in an opulent, ticketed event from 9:00 pm to 1:30 am, the evening promises music, glamour, and delectable culinary excellence.
Guests will enjoy a Dom Pérignon welcome, seafood bar, live action culinary stations, and a curated menu of luxury canapés including caviar-topped bites, wagyu skewers, and scallop crudo. Live music and a DJ will set the tone for the evening, with dancing, a balloon drop, and a champagne toast at midnight. After the celebration, guests will receive a chocolate clock amenity with party favours delivered in-room.
The experience is priced at USD 750 dollars per guest, exclusive of tax and service charge. Reservations are required.
