Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara to Debut Multi-Million Dollar Renovation This April

Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, located in Carlsbad, California, will debut a redesigned lobby, spa and restaurant this April, following a three-month, USD 6 million dollar renovation project.

Led by visionary designers at the Puccini Group, and influenced by the year-round perfect weather of the coastal City of Carlsbad, its beach town charm and the region’s historic Spanish heritage, the lobby at Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara will welcome guests with sophisticated contemporary design details that elevate classic Mission elements. Clean lines will be observed in exposed beams inspiring the warmth of a Spanish villa while overlaying vibrant colours to incorporate the playful coastal living culture.

The property’s new boutique spa, Driftwood Spa, will pamper and uplift with three uniquely designed treatment rooms, a visually stunning nail salon, and state-of-the-art fitness room in addition to a yoga and Pilates studio. Inspired by the ocean with natural, light-hued wood that will echo the charm of the nearby beach, Driftwood Spa will be both an elegant and comforting escape that allows guests to drift away from the ordinary to a peaceful coastal oasis. Driftwood Spa will use luxurious, treatment-focused products including DNA from Dr. Ronald Moy and emerginC. Featured treatments will include the Driftwood Escape - a unique journey that begins with a ginger lime sugar exfoliation, followed by a Himalayan salt stone massage and a hydrating application of grape stem cell and white tea extract to leave skin hydrated and refreshed.

The new Seasons Restaurant, led by Executive Chef Jonathan Sudar, will be designed as the culinary epicentre of Four Seasons Aviara community. The restaurant will focus on farm-to-table cuisine with an emphasis on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Seasons Restaurant will replace the former Batiquitos Bar and Grill and even further expand; now offering multiple distinctive dining experiences delivered through an interactive, family-style Chef’s Table experience that will seat 12 guests within the working kitchen, and a signature one-of-a-kind “Taste the Senses” experience at the Kitchen Counter that will give six guests a “front-row” seat to watch Executive Chef Sudar prepare a tasting menu that will delight and excite the senses. The restaurant will be complete with a well-appointed private dining room, perfect for private events and parties, a barista bar and retail area featuring freshly prepared grab-and-go offerings.
