Sip and Savour Summertime at The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort, Bahamas

This summer, savour delectable tastes and new offerings at the Resort's celebrated restaurants, including DUNE by Jean-Georges, Ocean Blu, and Martini Bar.  

DUNE by Jean-Georges 
Perched on a cliff overlooking the stunning shoreline, DUNE by Jean-Georges presents a menu of global favourites inspired by the namesake chef’s worldwide travels. This August, Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten will make a special appearance at DUNE on August 13 and 14, 2026 where patrons have a chance to see the legendary chef in action. Delight in tropical cocktails such as the Sky Juice and Bahama Mama, and in fresh cuisine including Bahamian grilled lobster or fresh snapper with tropical ingredients like guava, pineapple and tamarind. 

Additionally, DUNE Sunday Brunch remains a true culinary experience, with multiple action stations including a carving station, made-to-order omelettes, seafood display, and much more. Brunch is served every Sunday, and guests can dine inside or on the expansive oceanfront terrace, enjoying the live entertainment of a talented singer and the beautiful setting. The upcoming brunch on August 2, 2026 will feature entertainment until 4:00 pm, complimentary rosé wine sampling, and a celebratory photo backdrop for guests to capture the moment together. Ocean Blu 
In addition to the phenomenal restaurant DUNE by Jean-Georges, the Resort’s other culinary gem is Ocean Blu, an open-air restaurant on the edge of the shoreline next to the Resort’s glittering infinity-edge pool. Ocean Blu, open daily for lunch, is an exceptional option for chic beachside dining in Paradise Island. Additionally, Ocean Blu is open Wednesday through Sunday nights for dinner, serving as an incredible destination for fresh Caribbean dining in an upscale atmosphere with a view, incredible ambiance and attentive service. Led by Bahamian chefs Kyera Davis and Ingrid Johnson, the menu combines the vibrant flavours of the Western Caribbean with the enticing allure of Latin American cuisine. Ocean Blu’s culinarians expertly prepare grilled meats and seafood served with zesty tropical salsas. Some of the favourite options include the seafood platter with spiny lobster, shrimp and conch; snapper ceviche; branzino and grouper; blackened New York strip steak with island herb chimichurri, and more.  

Guests can enjoy cocktails infused with exotic fruits while watching the sun set over the ocean waves. Ocean Blu’s relaxed oceanfront setting on the beach, combined with tantalizing flavours, transports guests to a true state of Bahamian paradise.  Live music entertainment is offered on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Martini Bar: Afternoon Tea
For guests who prefer to enjoy a traditional afternoon tea service, the Martini Bar, situated just off the Resort’s main lobby, is now offering tea service. The tea service is available to be reserved daily from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and includes a chef’s choice assortment of savoury and sweet accompaniments, such as plain scones and lemon scones served with traditional clotted cream and pineapple jam; mango passion mousse entremets; chocolate raspberry tarte; and guava financier.  Guests can enjoy the cosy setting of Martini Bar, overlooking the beautiful palm garden and set-back ocean views. Trattoria Versailles 
Guests can also enjoy the picturesque setting of Trattoria Versailles, the poolside Italian restaurant near the adult-only Versailles Pool. Open daily for lunch and Monday and Tuesday nights for dinner, discover classics like the caprese sandwich, margarita pizza, lobster risotto, and more.
