In addition to traditional favourites, elevated additions include a raw bar with New England oysters, snow crab legs and lobster salad, as well as a “Rump and Bump” caviar and champagne enhancement. Indulge in Regiis Ova Ossetra Caviar with all the accoutrements, paired with bubbly selections including Schramsberg Vineyard Blanc de Blancs Brut, Collet, Laurent-Perrier Grand Siecle No. 25, and a 2014 Louis Roederer Cristal Brut.
