For guests seeking a refined tasting experience this holiday season, Trifecta, the lounge and bar at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston, presents an intimate Whisky Omakase experience featuring an array of rare whiskies and bourbons served alongside bespoke culinary pairings for a distinctive holiday-season tasting experience, available from November 29, 2025 through January 1, 2026.

Translating to “I’ll leave it up to you,” the omakase food menu highlights chef-selected small bites designed to perfectly complement each spirit. Courtesy of House of Suntory, renowned for world-class spirits inspired by Japanese nature and perfected through Japanese craftsmanship, the experience features an exclusive whisky selection: Hibiki Harmony, Yamazaki 12, Legent, Toki Black, AO Whiskey, and Legent Yamazaki.

Chef-curated to enhance the bold flavours of each sip, the dishes draw inspiration from New England flavours and the underlying notes within each beverage. Menu highlights include smoked local oyster with crème fraîche, grapefruit, and crispy garlic chips with balsamic pearl and tobiko; smoked duck breast crostini with apple compote and Demerara caramel; and savoury kabocha squash and goat cheese macarons with pumpkin seed tuille and crispy sage.

Curated by Emily Simons, Lead Bartender at One Dalton, this elevated experience showcases exceptional Japanese and American whiskies paired with bespoke small bites, celebrating the artistry of flavour, balance, and storytelling. On the heels of collaboration with World’s 50 Best Bars honouree Fifty Mils, Trifecta has quickly established itself as one of the city’s leading cocktail destinations.

Situated at its own exclusive six-seat omakase bar, the experience takes place in the Rotunda, the hotel’s “living room” and thriving heart of One Dalton. Between tasting courses, guests are invited to explore jars of ingredients, allowing them to smell the aromatic notes that inspire each pairing. Surrounded by vibrant holiday decorations, the omakase engages all the senses, immersing guests in the sights, flavours, and scents of the season. Located between the lobby and Trifecta, the hotel’s vibrant lounge and bar, the Rotunda is adorned with vibrant bookshelves by British-Nigerian artist Yinka Shonibare, a stunning highlight of the Hotel’s acclaimed art collection.
