Four Seasons Hotel Osaka is included in Forbes’ prestigious roundup, the 12 Best Hotels in Osaka, where it was named the Best Hotel in Osaka for Spa and Wellness. This recognition highlights the Hotel’s exceptional commitment to providing unparalleled luxury and holistic well-being to its guests.

“We are honoured to be recognized by Forbes as one of the Best Hotels in Osaka, and the Best for Spa and Wellness," says Alastair McAlpine, the General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Osaka. “This accolade reflects team's dedication to creating exceptional experiences that exceed our guests' expectations. Our state-of-the-art wellness facilities enhance the luxurious experience we provide. We remain committed to setting new standards of luxury and well-being in the city."

Encompassing the entire 36th floor, Spa and Wellness at Four Seasons Hotel Osaka is a sky-high oasis of relaxation, indulgence and wellbeing. With soothing hues and curving lines, each space flows into the next as guests immerse in the healing connection of water throughout.  Five spa treatment rooms – including a couple’s room with private bath – all offer lofty city views.

The signature rituals include a 100-minute, high performance Kōmyō Radiance inspired by the legendary Empress Kōmyō, whose name signifies brightness and radiance; the Ki Balance ritual, a signature treatment that harmonizes mind, body, and spirit. Additionally, the spa’s bespoke facials, tailored to rejuvenate and revitalize, were recognized as some of the finest in the region.

Wellness facilities also include ofuro (Japanese baths that have been an important part of daily life in Osaka for centuries), a dry sauna, a 16 metre (52 foot) indoor pool that appears to spill through windows into the city’s network of waterways, and a 24/7 fitness centre with motivating floor-to-ceiling views across the city.

In its feature, Forbes also lauded Four Seasons Hotel Osaka for its GENSUI floor - a unique blend of contemporary luxury and traditional Japanese elegance. The GENSUI floor offers guests an immersive experience with meticulously designed spaces that reflect the serene beauty of a ryokan, combined with the modern comforts that Four Seasons is renowned for.

Both the spa and the Hotel’s 28th-floor GENSUI were crafted by Japan’s leading design agency, Simplicity. Known for their masterful ability to blend tradition with modernity, Simplicity has created spaces that embody the timeless soul of Japan. Guests staying on the GENSUI floor can also indulge in the same floor SABO lounge exclusively for GENSUI guests, and enjoy the access to other Hotel’s exceptional facilities, making it a true sanctuary within the city.
