This holiday season, leave it up to the chefs. Crafted with winter’s finest flavours, the Festive Omakase Dinner unfolds along a sleek sushi counter. Artful appetizers and savoury sensations prepare the palate for authentic nigiri sushi, followed by delicate sweets in a nod to French custom.

The cross-cultural omakase stands as a bridge between the modern French cuisine of Chef Yannick Alléno, a visionary with 15 Michelin stars to his name, and the traditional sushi craft of Chef Itaru Yasuda, who has finessed his technique over nearly three decades in Japan and beyond.

NYE Midnight in Manhattan at Bar Bota

Glitter, glamour and groove with a dazzling New Year’s Eve soiree in the sky. Count down to midnight with Ruinart Champagne and gourmet canapés, while DJ Alessa and saxophonist Anthony set the rhythm for revelry. Live band NEO TOKYO takes the stage as the clock strikes 12.

Set the scene for year-end gatherings with Opalys Osaka, the limited-edition holiday cake crafted with delicate Valrhona Opalys white chocolate and touches of strawberry, pistachio and pâte de fruits. Wrapped in glossy white and red chocolate glaze, this luscious centrepiece is topped with a sprig of edible mistletoe.
