This summer, Jardin at Four Seasons Hotel Osaka invites guests to bite into the fruit-filled abundance of a Japanese summer. From June 1 to September 9, 2025, the Fruity Bliss Afternoon Tea delivers a polished, fruit-forward showcase in the leafy embrace of a sun-drenched garden – a rare pleasure in the heart of Osaka’s urban pulse.
As part of 101 Days of Summer, a regional Four Seasons campaign focused on locally rooted expressions of summer, this limited-time Afternoon Tea is filled with the best of Japan’s seasonal harvests, from mango and coconut to muskmelon and Shine Muscat grapes.
Led by Executive Pastry Chef Hafiz Razali, the culinary artists at Jardin embrace their love for summertime fruits, refining French pastry techniques to let inherent flavours rise to prominence. The Ivoire-Coco, featuring peach, coconut, white chocolate and pistachio, evokes a tropical escape, while the Hokkaido Milk Ice Cream, accented with sencha and muskmelon, offers a welcome burst of refreshment on a hot day.
Not just the sweets but even the savouries are crafted with fruit. Mango finds its way into Jamon Serrano tarts, Oscetra caviar is paired with peach gazpacho, and grapes bring a sumptuous pop of surprise to salmon sandwiches. Last but not least, everyone’s favourite teatime treat gets a fruity makeover – think dried peach scones with pineapple marmalade.
Enhancing the Fruity Bliss Afternoon Tea is a selection of summer cocktails, available exclusively at the Jardin terrace. From the Melon Blossom Fizz to the Burlesque Margarita, each beverage comes with a signature touch from Four Seasons mixologists.
Jardin’s botanical setting frames this summer feast, lending a picnic-like delight to the experience. Guests can dine alfresco amid lush landscaping or take a seat inside, where abundant sunshine and nature-inspired design blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors.
