Le Bar at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, has just been honoured with the Star Bars Award 2025 by the renowned Forbes Travel Guide, joining the exclusive list of the 58 best hotel bars in the world, according to the prestigious guide.

Awarded as part of the 2025 Star Ratings, this distinction highlights hotel bars that stand out for the quality of their menu, the beauty of the setting, and the excellence of the service, which must meet the highest standards of luxury—criteria assessed during anonymous inspections.

Thibaut Drege, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, comments: “We are proud to receive such a prestigious distinction from the Forbes Travel Guide, which highlights the exceptional quality of our spirits and cocktail offering. Above all, it recognizes the dedication and talent of our teams who, day after day, embody the very essence of French luxury and reflect our ongoing commitment to innovation and to offering our guests a unique experience, always in keeping with the codes of elegance and refinement.”

Le Bar’s acclaimed mixologists are celebrated for their artistry, precision and boundary-pushing approach to mixology. Together, they craft time-honoured classics alongside innovative creations prepared using cutting-edge techniques to go along an elevated finger food menu. Among the bar’s most distinctive signature cocktails is the Sir Davis Old Fashioned, a contemporary take on the timeless classic. Made with SirDavis whisky, created by renowned singer Beyoncé in tribute to her grandfather, and named after his horse. The cocktail is presented in a custom-designed glass featuring a black horse, offering an immersive multi-sensory experience that blends heritage and innovation.  Alongside its cocktail menu, Le Bar at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris also offers a selection of spirits as prestigious as they are rare—some of which are exclusive to the hotel bar.

“This recognition inspires us to keep pushing the boundaries of cocktail creation, infusing fresh energy, innovation and expertise into the art of mixology, all while continuously elevating the guest experience,” adds Bar Director Thibault Mequignon.

Spotlighting 58 exceptional hotel bars across 19 countries, the Star Bars Awards list is drawn from data collected for the 2025 Star Ratings, announced earlier this year in February. The winners represent standout hotel bars that excelled in beverage quality, creative presentation and exceptional service, raising the bar of hotel hospitality worldwide.
