Set 60 floors above the city, SkyHigh invites guests to indulge in a brunch like no other, where panoramic views meet an exceptional culinary offering. From 11:30 am to 2:00 pm the elaborate brunch will feature a three-course menu, allowing diners to savour a variety of traditional brunch dishes including decadent Maine lobster with softly scrambled eggs and crème fraîche and a velvety French toast with foie gras, mascarpone Chantilly and maple syrup.

To enhance the experience, guests will have the option to elevate their selections with premium additions such as truffle and Petrossian caviar, adding an extra touch of opulence to their meal. Following the main courses, a decadent dessert buffet featuring croissants, passion fruit strawberry kouign-amann and aromatic honey spice cake await at the Level 59 Lounge. Brunch is complete with a Mimosa Trolley outfitted with seasonal flavours, a selection of sparkling wines by the glass and Champagne list by the bottle, and a selection of trolley desserts served on Level 60.
