Four Seasons Hotel Prague Introduces The Gallery Lounge and Bar

Four Seasons Hotel Prague is opening in its lobby a new lounge and bar called The Gallery. This offers a unique space for business meetings or spending time with friends while enjoying coffee or tea, premium champagne, cocktails and a large selection of wines and spirits. The drinks menu is complemented by gourmand pastries, desserts and savoury bites. The interior of the stylish lounge is in line with the new design of the Hotel lobby and features Czech contemporary art.   

The Gallery offers light breakfast options, signature Afternoon Tea paired with champagne or cocktails, and fresh gourmand pastries and cakes from Chef Tomáš Dražský.

Chef Dražský comments: “My favourite dessert from the Gallery menu is a strawberry cheesecake. We have adjusted the original recipe with pink pepper, which makes the dessert even more exciting. For those who prefer traditional Czech desserts, we have added to the menu breaded dumplings with poppy seeds, cottage cheese and jam, and we have enriched them with fresh fruit too. We offer chocolate rolls with mascarpone cream and cherries, as well as homemade macaroons that are also suitable for our guests on a gluten-free diet.”

A unique mirror armoire, the centrepiece of the lounge space, displays a selection of premium brands of champagne, cognac, whisky, rum, port wine, Armagnac, local liquors including gluten-free vodka Babicka, Becherovka, plum brandy and others. The Gallery is an ideal place for before or after dinner drinks.

A stylish display dessert cabinet, a bookcase, a fireplace and furniture in warm colours dominated by brown and brick colours, comfortable armchairs and sofa combine to create a cosy and pleasant atmosphere.     

The Gallery features Czech contemporary art, including paintings, drawings, photography, glass and tailor-made lamps and chandeliers from renowned Czech artists and companies including Lasvit, Pavel Roučka, Rony Plesl, Richard Kočí, Milan Chabera, Tomáš Němec and others.
