Helmut Roessler, a native of neighbouring Austria, brings global expertise and enthusiasm for memorable culinary experiences to Four Seasons Hotel Prague.

Prior to moving to Prague, he held the prestigious position of director of food and beverage for the last eight years in acclaimed establishments in Ibiza and Bali. With a rich background in the industry and unwavering enthusiasm, Roessler presents the recipe for a perfect celebration of St. Valentine's Day.

Candlelit Dinner at CottoCrudo Restaurant

Create unforgettable memories during the Valentine's dinner at CottoCrudo. A five-course tasting menu will be served amid a sea of candles, perfectly enhancing the romantic atmosphere of the evening. The Italian restaurant team has crafted this year's menu with aphrodisiac foods, so guests can look forward to delights such as Smoked Scallops with Pomegranate and Pine Powder, Sea Urchin with Ossetra Caviar and Potato Foam, or Homemade Chestnut Ravioli with Celeriac and Black Truffle.

Afternoon Tea by Gianmarco

Following last year’s successful Afternoon Tea inspired by Dior, Helmut Roessler created another special Afternoon Tea. The popular experience returns to the cozy setting of The Gallery in the Hotel lobby. It's an ideal rendezvous for couples, friends, or mothers and daughters – anyone looking to treat their loved ones to an exceptional shared experience this Valentine’s weekend. Pastry Chef Gianmarco Carandino and his team have prepared a creative selection of desserts, savoury sandwiches, and traditional scones. Hotel guests can also order Afternoon Tea to their rooms with a unique view of Prague Castle and the Vltava River.
