Situated on 57 rolling acres (23 hectares) in the Sangre de Cristo foothills, Four Seasons Resort Santa Fe is home to the city’s only onsite Adventure Center, a full-service Spa and signature restaurant Terra, making it ideal for solo sojourns, romantic retreats and family fun.

Guest Room Enhancements
The Resort completed a multimillion-dollar revitalization this spring, encompassing all 65 intimate casitas and marking the first guest room renewal since the Resort’s 2008 opening. Now available to book, the new pueblo-inspired design elegantly blends modern elements with timeless style. All rooms were enhanced with new custom-made furniture, technology, lighting, paint, window treatments, artwork and more. Experience the enhancements firsthand this summer with the Discover Santa Fe package, offering guests their choice of two complimentary experiences per room. Choices include the use of Resort mountain bikes; a two-hour private family hike; in-casita s’mores night; Spa welcome basket; cabana poolside for the day; 60-minute private yoga session; and private picnic either to go or on the Resort’s grounds (for up to four guests).
Summer of Adventure
The onsite Adventure Center offers exclusive tours, including the new Encounter of Cultures tour, taking guests on a fascinating exploration of the largest prehistoric Pueblo of New Mexico, and the vibrant history of the Pecos territory. Other tours include the Journey to Abiquiu, blending wellness with adventure in a hike-to-yoga meditation experience only available to Resort guests. It explores private land inaccessible to the public and incorporates a visit to Plaza Blanca, a hidden gem with stunning scenery and towering hoodoos that was once the muse of the legendary artist Georgia O’Keeffe.
History buffs will love the Secret City of Los Alamos tour, delving into the top-secret efforts to build a nuclear bomb. A scenic and informative drive leads to the where the “father of the atomic bomb” and his brilliant team lived, worked, designed and successfully built the bomb. Learn more about the variety of tours available for all ages. The Ancient to Present tour is perfect for families, and begins with a drive through ancient lands of Pueblo Indians onto the majestic Pajarito Plateau to the nearby Bandelier National Monument. At Bandelier, families step back in time to visit a unique 14th century pueblo located deep in Frijoles Canyon, walk aside crystal-clear creek waters to see the ancient Pueblo village and kivas, climb ladders into prehistoric caves and search for captivating petroglyphs.
Spa and Wellness
The Southwest has long been an alluring sanctuary revered for its majestic landscapes. Situated on a spiritual vortex, the indoor-outdoor Spa is a spacious oasis complete with private courtyards. The Spa offers high-desert healing and a variety of regionally-inspired body work and facial care. Choices include the Spiritual Journey, designed to purify and restore the body with a sage smudging ceremony, followed by a nutrient-rich adobe clay wrap. A personalized purification ritual follows, concluding with a chakra balancing massage to restore body, mind and spirit. Every Friday this summer, The Spa is offering complimentary yoga and sound healing from 10:30 to 11:30 am, as well as yoga every Thursday and Saturday morning.
Family Travel
Children are greeted by a stuffed animal upon arrival, as well as an age-appropriate specialty in-casita amenity. Child-sized robes and slippers are available for the Resort’s youngest travellers, as well as a variety of essentials upon request including child-proofing, cribs and baby care items. While on property, children will enjoy dips in the cooling pool, nature hikes and programs customized to their interests with the Adventure Center. Head to The Spa for pampering for children including the Ice Cream Treat-Ment, offering a relaxing foot soak in a coconut foot bath accompanied by a cooling ice cream treat. When dining on property, children can choose from customized options in Terra restaurant; children under the age of five dine complimentary. Additionally, complimentary s’mores are available to satisfy cravings at any time of day.
Culinary
At Terra, the private Chef’s Garden Table experience returns for the summer season, inclusive of a five-course tasting menu by Executive Chef Andrew Fox. The intimate dinner is available for up to six guests for the ultimate New Mexican culinary experience. Foodies also will love the weekly calendar of menu highlights in Terra, including specialty Green Chile Prime Rib specials every Monday; Duck “Two Ways” on Tuesdays; 22-ounce Bone-In Cowboy Steak every Friday; and Fried Chicken Dinner on Sunday. Linger over live music in Terra Bar every Friday and Saturday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, and enjoy complimentary culinary demonstrations perfect for the whole family offered each week.
Arts and Culture
Summer in Santa Fe is complete with the return of the world-renowned Santa Fe Opera, which runs June 28 through August 24, 2024. The 67th Festival Season features 38 performances of four new productions plus a beloved revival, and two special evenings of Apprentice Scenes, offering a balanced and varied repertory of new and lesser-performed as well as standard works. Before the curtain rises, opera-goers can enjoy a three-course dinner at Terra and roundtrip transportation to the opera house, as well as specialty rates.
