Tokyo to Seoul, Perfectly Placed: Four Seasons Launches Dual-City Asian Immersion

May 29, 2026,
Seoul, Korea and Tokyo, Japan

From Seoul’s blend of the ancient and modern to Tokyo’s vast, ever-evolving cityscape, Four Seasons launches Tokyo to Seoul, Perfectly Placed: a dual-city offer promising Asian metropolitan. Until September 30, 2026, guests can experience the best of both Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi and Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, with hotel credits and ground transfers included.

Designed for curious adventurers seeking more than a single destination, Tokyo to Seoul, Perfectly Placed pairs the two iconic capitals in one seamless, experience-led adventure. Geographically close yet culturally distinct, Seoul and Tokyo are presented not in contrast but in conversation, offering guests a deeper, multi-dimensional understanding of East Asia’s past, present and future.

The adventure begins in either city with flexible itineraries – shaped by individual preferences – that flow naturally between Tokyo’s elevated urban vibes and Seoul’s vibrant cultural landscape. Guests receive USD 100 in hotel credit per stay at each hotel (with a minimum two-night stay in both), plus one-way airport transportation to or from each hotel.

Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi – A Modern Gateway to Tokyo

Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi rises above the capital’s historic heart and contemporary centre of power, offering a sky-high retreat set beside the Imperial Palace Gardens. Recognised for excellence, the hotel was named Condé Nast Traveler’s #1 Hotel in Japan in 2025, reflecting its thoughtful design, intuitive service, and strong sense of place. Bathed in natural light and framed by panoramic city views, including from its indoor infinity pool, the hotel unites modern Japanese architecture, curated contemporary art, and a dining and bar program that has become a destination in its own right. This includes est, the Michelin-starred French restaurant defined by precision, seasonality, and restraint, and VIRTÙ, the Parisian-inspired bar ranked #45 on The World’s 50 Best Bars, celebrated for its craftsmanship and storytelling.

Beyond the hotel, Otemachi reveals a layered Tokyo shaped by power, history, and daily ritual. Walks trace the Imperial Palace moats, while centuries-old shrines sit quietly among government institutions. From here, the city extends to Asakusa’s historic streets and temples, offering a living connection to Edo-era Tokyo and neighbourhoods that continue to reward return visits.

Four Seasons Hotel Seoul – A Deeply Immersive Experience at the Heart of Seoul

A showcase of contemporary design, refined Korean heritage, and intuitive technology, Four Seasons Hotel Seoul effortlessly fuses the city's past and future. Located in the heart of the historic Gwanghwamun district steps from the vast, 14th-century Gyeongbokgung Palace, the hotel encompasses Seoul’s contemporary cultural energy and its mesmerising traditional roots. A thoughtfully curated collection of contemporary artworks displayed throughout the hotel, innovative dining across eight restaurants and bars – including Michelin-starred Yu Yuan and the celebrated Charles H. bar — and restorative wellness experiences unite in an iconic urban destination.

From K-pop to K-beauty, Seoul pulses with creativity, and Four Seasons Hotel Seoul offers the perfect gateway. Guests can explore centuries-old alleyways in Hanok Village; K-beauty pop-up experiences and concept stores in Seongsu; 24-hour shopping in Dongdaemun; art galleries and cafes in Insadong; expert-led tours of the Kingdom of Joseon; and even a refreshing hike up nearby Bugaksan Mountain. A modern reimagining of iconic Korean sauna culture awaits tired explorers upon their return to the hotel.
