Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh Celebrates Global Wellness Day

On the occasion of sharing the entire world’s dream of living well both physically and spiritually, Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh invites all Resort guests to connect with their mind, body and soul with a day full of health and wellness activities all in support of Global Wellness Day on June 9, 2018, an international day with the mantra “one day can change your whole life.”

To celebrate, Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh has put together a program that honours both body and spirit, encourages a healthy way of life and promotes a better understanding of the best practices to implement in one's daily routine.

The program starts on that day at 12:00 noon at the Resort’s fitness centre, where guests are invited to lace up their training shoes and join a Four Seasons professional personal trainer in a complimentary work out session. This will help regulate the energy in the body and put all its areas back into sync with each other and leave guests in a total state of bliss.

At 7:00 pm, a meditation session at the Resort's quiet beach area with a yoga expert will help guests relax and enjoy the peace and fresh Red Sea breezes. The experience starts with a 15-minute “brain cleanse” ritual, where participants write down the three biggest fears or life regrets and burn them in a bonfire. The day concludes with an evening meditation session under the starry skies while saluting, posing and enjoying the astonishing views of the Red Sea and the mountains around.
