Guests for the second seating are in for a wonderful evening with a Countdown Party at One-Ninety Bar & Terraza by Javier de las Muelas to toast the New Year. The night starts in the restaurant with a five-course dinner. All guests are then ushered to One-Ninety Bar for after-dinner drinks. Sway to the music with a DJ playing chill-out beats, and enjoy a complimentary glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne or mocktail with pass-around canapes while counting down to the New Year.

New Year’s Day Brunch

• January 1, 2016, with one semi-buffet seating from 11:45 am to 3:00 pm
